The Arts Hour on Tour is in Seoul, South Korea to see how arts and culture are reflecting the rapidly changing lives of its young people. Seoul is a highly technologically developed city. It has the fastest WiFi in the world, K-pop and computer gamers who earn six figure salaries. Nevertheless, eight out of ten young people there say they would like to emigrate. Joining Nikki Bedi on stage at RedBox Platform Chang Dong 61, are super star indie rock band Hyukoh, electronic duo Love X Stereo and TV satirist Young-Joo Lee. Music agent Bernie Cho and film critic Nemmo Kim join the discussion panel and novelist Krys Lee, talks about her novel, How I Became A North Korean, based on her time working on the North Korean border with China.
