Stephen chooses the high camp characters Julian and Sandy, played by Hugh Paddick and Kenneth Williams, in the BBC radio comedy programme Round the Horne. Round the Horne ran from 1965 to 1968, with scripts written by Barry Took and Marty Feldman. 4Extra is broadcasting Round the Horne on Saturday 29 July. Stephen’s interview was broadcast on Loose Ends, presented by Clive Anderson.
