Youngsters learn lifesaving skills from Bondi lifeguard

A group of Southampton youngsters have had a lesson in water safety from one of the world's most famous lifeguards. Trent 'Maxi' Maxwell is best known as one of the lifeguards that patrol Sydney's Bondi Beach, and is featured on the hit TV show Bondi Rescue. Maxi is on a tour of the UK, encouraging children to sign up to the rookie lifeguard scheme. He's visited groups to the Isle of Wight and Bournemouth.
