A conference is looking at how Muslim institutions can include more women in their set up. It has come about through the work of academics the University of Leeds as well as community activists. Dr Sean McCloughlin is one of the co-ordinators, and in the following interview with BBC presenter Ambreen Pervaiz explains why they decided to explore the issue
