In the build up Christmas 2016, musician Glen Hansard began an impassioned journey to get homeless people off the streets of Dublin. The Home Sweet Home is a campaign that Glen, Hozier, Kodaline and others are involved in to help tackle the homeless crisis in Ireland. He talks to Stuart Bailie about the experience and how it started.
