Fergus Nicoll is live from the Democratic National Convention in Philadelphia, as presidential nominee Hillary Clinton prepares to give a keynote address. North Korea, despite a rickety economy and international isolation has shown itself very technologically adept - building long-range missiles and nuclear warheads. But it is also good at cyberwarfare. The French power giant EDF voted, narrowly, to go ahead with a $24 billion project to build the UK's first nuclear plant in a generation - two reactors on the coast in South West England. But new doubts about the project have come from an unexpected quarter - the new UK government has said it will only decide whether to give its own go-ahead in September.
