Hillary Clinton is to be crowned the party's presidential candidate there, but it's already proving to be a bumpy ride. The US telecom giant, Verizon, has agreed to buy the core business of the internet pioneer Yahoo for $4.8 bn. The deal includes Yahoo's email service as well as its advertising tools.
