Llinos Pritchard chats to artist Anthony Garratt and Judith Matthews from Menai Cottages on the creation of a giant outdoor painting installation in Snowdonia. 'High and Low' is set over two locations in Snowdonia – on Llyn Llydaw and in an abandoned cavern at Llechwedd slate mine. It's designed to draw attention to the history, geography and industrial heritage of North Wales.
