Mark Wood: Marlon Samuels comments 'a cheap shot'

England bowler Mark Wood describes Marlon Samuels' comments about Ben Stokes as “stupid” and “a cheap shot”. Samuels was at the non-striker's end as Stokes was hit for four successive sixes by all-rounder Carlos Brathwaite when bowling the last over in Sunday's World T20 final. In his post-match news conference, Samuels taunted Stokes, calling him "a nervous laddie" who "never learns". Wood, who plays alongside Stokes for Durham, said: "I think you've got to play hard on the field but be gracious and humble off it.
