Former Republican hopeful Ben Carson has said he bears “no grudges” against his former rival and front-runner Donald Trump in the US presidential race. During one of the Rebublican debates, Mr Trump said Mr Carson was “pathological”, like a child molester. Mr Carson, who has now endorsed Mr Trump, told Nick Robinson he understood that attacks were made in the “heat of battle”.
