How Did Things Get so Bad?

Zimbabwe Out of Control

Available for over a year

Hundreds of Zimbabweans risk their lives every day to reach South Africa, crossing the crocodile-infested Limpopo river and breaking through the security fences. They leave behind them the world's highest inflation rate, fuel and food shortages, and 80% unemployment. Three million Zimbabweans have left the country and 3.3 million rely on food aid. How did things get so bad? Presenter: Paul Bakibinga.
