As part of the inexorable drive for global culture, there’s a growing number of Chinese toddlers who are learning about the world through shows such as the British pre-school series, Teletubbies. We hear from 28-year-old Li Chae, who says that she wants her three-year-old daughter to know that the Chinese way of life is not the only way, so that she won’t be scared to live and work among other nationalities in adulthood.
