The creative writing series, Word Up, ran four competitions – drama, poetry, rap and prose. The show’s presenter, literary activist Khadija George, announces the talented young winners: Kambemba Yasangi (from London) for drama; Matthew Bartlett (from Prague) for poetry; Banu Dilip Kumar (from Mauritius) for prose; and Olla Olegi (from Nigeria) for rap.
