Sierra Leone Ceasefire

Government and RUF rebels agree to a ceasefire in Sierra Leone. A roadmap for peace talks has also been agreed with both parties willing to start as quickly as possible. Also on the programme, a leadership split in the Congolese rebel movement, the collapse of Uganda's Co-Operative bank and the legacy of military rule on Nigerian industry.
