In 1996 an American multi-millionaire murdered one of the wrestlers he was sponsoring. The murder victim, Dave Schultz ,was an Olympic champion. The killer, John du Pont, was the heir to the Du Pont chemicals fortune and had spent millions supporting athletes and allowing them to train on the facilities he had built on his farm, Foxcatcher.
