In 1975 Ray 'Cat' Olsen walked into a bank in Greenwich Village and took over 800 people hostage. Frank Bolz was the negotiator responsible for their release. Includes extracts of Olsen talking live on air to his favourite New York DJ, Scott Muni, at his insistence during the hostage taking.
