Stephen Cleobury (Master of the Music at King’s College, Cambridge), explains why the repertoire was chosen for the memorial concert. He also recalls David Willcocks’s love of the Psalms and his fine organ playing. Stephen also remembers his debut as accompanist for CUMS choir under Sir David, the latter’s great support over the years, and the Willcocks sense of fun.
