A rather dubious anniversary, the 20th anniversary of the first computer virus. The programme looks at experimenting with and studying the effects of computer viruses which now number hundreds of thosands. Also the psychological research using virtual avatars and how the New York City Fire Department implement new critical communication technology which can rescue emergency workers before they even issue an SOS.
