Alan Small from Bracknell's 'Paperclip' app is helping Venezuelans and Syrian refugees. The app is like 'Swop Shop', but on your mobile. Alan helped develop it while at university to swap textbooks and clothes with other students. He says Paperclip is now being used to help Syrian refugees exchange vital supplies, and Venezeulans get hold of goods at a time of huge hyperinflation.
