The impact of Friday's events in Paris continue. A big international match cancelled in Germany after reports of a bomb. Belgium's friendly with Spain in Brussels, also scheduled to be played on Tuesday, was also called off on Monday because of security fears in the wake of last week's attacks in Paris. But one goes ahead in London with England fans cheering their French rivals. We speak to Michael Fuller, director of the Global Resilience agency who also advised on security for the 2014 Fifa World Cup in Brazil and the 2012 Olympics in London. Can there be a way of making such events secure? We also look at the impact of encryption apps in concealing extremists' communications from the authorities. We speak to Jamil Jaffer of George Mason University - formerly associate counsel to President Bush and Senior Adviser for the US Senate Committee on Foreign Relation and ask if he thinks these apps enable attacks like the one in Paris?
