A marine salvage expert from the Isle of Wight has invented a life-saving device after seeing desperate images of migrants trying to cross the Mediterranean and many drowning in the attempt. The inflatable tube was designed and produced on the island in just a few months Duncan Kennedy met Ben Board, the tube's inventor and Graham Ford the production manager at Sea flex.
