During his captivity, Bob kept a diary documenting his experience, sharing tales of the torture he and his comrades endured. He risked his life keeping that diary BUT after returning home weighing just six and a half stone, he passed it to family members as a legacy of his time in service for his country. His nephew Tom Harrison brought it into BBC Tees so that people can gain an insight into what some of our soldiers went through.......
