In Uganda, second hand clothes still offer the best bargain. They are often of better quality - coming from Europe, Japan and the US - and cheaper than new clothes. The trade in the capital Kampala is so big that it's the hub for used clothes in East Africa. And it has given rise to a new kind of buyers- the personal shoppers.
