Keeping Boko Haram on the Agenda

Over to You

Available for over a year

This week, we've heard from lots of listeners in reaction to our discussion about the coverage of the killing of Charlie Hebdo journalists in Paris and a perception amongst many in the audience that this was given disproportionately more attention than the deaths of hundreds of people at the hands of Boko Haram in Nigeria. Listeners tell us that they still want more coverage. They tell Senior Commissioning Editor, Steve Titherington, what form they want it to take. Steve Titherington is also with our presenter Rajan Datar to discuss the BBC's new season A Richer World. Find out why he wants listeners to tell him what's in their fridge and to go clubbing with the World Service. Listen in to find out how you can be involved and get in touch using #bbcricherworld on Twitter. And a listener in Kuala Lumpur tells us why a brief musical interlude in the History Hour was the highlight of sixty years of listening to the World Service.
