BBC Correspondents Look Ahead to 2015

BBC Correspondents' Look Ahead

Available for over a year

Mark Mardell chairs a live discussion with four of the BBC's top international news correspondents as they give their predictions on what is likely to shape our world in 2015. Mark is joined by Chief International Correspondent, Lyse Doucet; China Editor, Carrie Gracie; Business Editor, Kamal Ahmed; and Diplomatic Correspondent, Bridget Kendall. They explore where our attention is most likely to be focused in 2015. Topics include the conflict between Russia and Ukraine and, in particular, the economic outlook for both countries. Mark also asks whether the advance in Iraq and Syria of the group that calls itself the Islamic State will be halted and how Iran’s involvement might affect the current nuclear negotiations with Tehran and the Middle East more broadly.
