"It really hurts players" to lose the Ryder Cup Europe's captain Paul McGinley has said commenting on the reaction from the United States team following their defeat. McGinley, 47, led Europe to a 16 1/2 and 11 1/2 win over the United States at Gleneagles. He said it had been "a great honour" to captain Europe in the tournament.
