Andrew Simpson - Bart to his friends, was killed on 9th May 2013 whilst training for the America's Cup in San Francisco. On the first anniversary of his death the Andrew Simpson Sailing Centre opened at the Weymouth & Portland National Sailing Academy. Olympic champion Paul Goodison MBE spoke to BBC Radio Solent's Neil Sackley about Andrew, how the centre will help the next generation and why Weymouth and Portland is such a haven for sailors.
