The results of the general election in India are expected soon. But one man thinks non-resident Indians (or NRIs) who live here should be able to vote as well. He says that while they can technically vote, they'd have to be in India on a specific day and mark an X on a voting slip. He wants a technical solution so that NRIs can vote overseas. In this extract Kartik Mittal speaks to BBC Radio Nottingham’s Dhamaka programme and presenter Kaval Vaseer about why it’s so important for him to vote in these elections….
