A Northampton couple whose seven-year-old daughter suffers from Lupus are raising awareness of the incurable autoimmune condition in an attempt to help other Lupus sufferers and their families. Susan and Darren Trowers are raising money for the Lupus Foundation by running the London Marathon. In this extract, the BBC's Mark Dean speaks to the couple to find out how the illness has affected their family.
