Monty Python member Graham Chapman, a Dambusters hero and a legendary children's book publisher are all in with a chance of receiving a special honour in Leicestershire..... The new 'Green Plaque' award celebrates the county's VIPs, Very Important People or Places. Leicestershire County Council has been on the hunt for deserving recipients. Now it's come up with a shortlist of twelve from which you can pick the final six.
