Film about The Battle of Saintfield in 1798

Liam Logan is in Saintfield hearing about a documentary film being made about the 1798 Battle of Saintfield when the rebels beat the Crown forces (the only rebel victory in the North). Director, Vivien Hewitt of Lynx Productions, tells him about the project and the re-enactment. Damien McDaid plays one of the rebels, Colonel Fraser, and he discusses his part; and Jack Templeton who plays Colonel Stapleton mourns his losses on the battlefield! The North Irish Dragoons Re-enactment Society from Doagh are also present and Brian Dawson talks about their involvement in the production. (Broadcast: 04/09/2005)
