This week he ventures into the Kabilian Mountains, a strong-hold of anti-government sentiment and Islamic fundamentalism. Plus he goes deep into the heart of the Sahara Desert, and in Tlemcen attends the first solo performance in Algeria by Paris-based superstar Rachid Taha.
