On Friday the people of the Irish Republic will vote for a second time on the Lisbon Treaty - a treaty designed to streamline decision making in the European Union. For the treaty to come into effect it must be ratified by each of the Union's 27 members. The Irish have already rejected the Treaty once - in a referendum last year. Audrey Carville asks what might be the consequences for Ireland of a second rejection.
