Northern Ireland welcomes paid leave for parents affected by miscarriage

Northern Ireland has become the first part of the UK to introduce paid leave for both parents affected by miscarriage. Also, local driving instructors warn the industry is "nowhere near ready" to introduce new rules for new drivers that aim to reduce fatal road crashes involving young people.
