‘Hot Takes’ is a comedy panel pilot presented by award winning stand-up Paddy Raff that asks the people of Northern Ireland for their ‘hot take’ on a range of fun topics, and then challenges comedians (Emer Maguire and Michael Fry) alongside celebrity guests (Boxing Legend Carl Frampton, and TV presenter Holly Hamilton) to predict the results of our unique ‘Hot Takes’ survey questions. “Hot Takes” offers a glimpse inside the minds of different types of folks in Northern Ireland via a unique comical survey designed to exclusively reveal Ulster’s opinions about what matters most in our everyday lives – different ‘types’ of people will reveal their ‘hot takes’ on topics including. Human Behaviour, TV shows, Films, Music, Books, Sports, Fashion, Relationships, Pets, Holidays, Hobbies, Food & Drink and Nostalgia. Plus, the comics and celebrity guests also reveal their own ‘Hot Takes’ along the way. The ‘Hot Takes’ survey is real and is carried out by an experienced Belfast based polling company (Lucid Polling) and the teams trying to uncover the results delivers comical debate, gasps and plenty of belly laughs.
