Trance is a genre of electronic dance music that originated in the UK, Germany and the Netherlands in the early 1990s. The epic sound filled dance floors, full moon parties and superclubs across the decade and went on to soundtrack the turn of the century. Expect some essential trance from the likes of Robert Miles, Paul van Dyk, Paul Oakenfold, Ben Hemsley, Quench, Chicane, Above & Beyond and many more. Legendary trance figure, Armin Van Burren runs through some of his favourite ever releases and we rewind it back to Tiësto's Big Weekend performance in Glasgow city centre back in 2014.
