John is joined live by Nicola Doran, a para open water ice swimmer from Belfast who recently won 3 gold medals at the World Championship. He'll hear the remarkable story as to how she found her way into open water swimming - and extreme ice swimming in particular! He returned to Afghanistan to shoot a documentary during the fall of Kabul - when the Taliban regained control.
