John is joined live by Nicola Doran, a para open water ice swimmer from Belfast who recently won 3 gold medals at the World Championship. He'll hear the remarkable story as to how she found her way into open water swimming - and extreme ice swimming in particular! Also live on the show is Marty Stalker, the Belfast based former soldier and now film director. He returned to Afghanistan to shoot a documentary during the fall of Kabul - when the Taliban regained control. Rob Manuel chats Fesshole - the twitter account he created which encourages us to share our deepest and darkest secrets .Tessa Peake-Jones - who played Raquel in Only Fools and Horses - is on to talk about taking to the stage in Belfast later this month.
