One random postcode and a story you probably haven’t heard before. Today we’re in Leverhulme Park, Bolton. The park feels wild and rugged and miles from the town while being surrounded by housing estates. Here we meet a local environmental group called Bolton NEWT who explain that Bolton has a problem with invasive species, and the most notorious invasive plant of them all – Japanese Knotweed. But when producer Polly starts to investigate the root of the problem, she ends up in the most unexpected place – searching for a man called Arthur who did something extraordinary.
