Hugh Dennis reports on how your donations from last year's Radio 4 Christmas Appeal with St Martin in-the-Fields have been spent on changing the lives of homeless people through the work of The Connection at St Martin's in London, and how timely grants from the Vicar's Relief Fund have helped secure housing or have kept vulnerable people in accommodation all around the UK. And now money also goes to the Frontline Fund, which gives 3-year project grants to six organisations across all the countries of the UK who are working in their local communities to prevent homelessness.
