For the first time since records began, the Office for National Statistics have revealed that there is a greater number of job vacancies than unemployed workers. This increased range of options, plus a boom in home working, has left many of us wondering how we can achieve a more satisfying work-life balance. Jennifer Kempson, aka Mamafurfur, is an entrepreneur and personal finance educator.
