In the 1970s, Pam Bowers had a dream of leaving her Hertfordshire housing estate and setting up a self-sufficient life. She moved with her family to a cottage in Lincolnshire with an acre of land to make the dream a reality. After years of selling the vegetables they grew to help pay the bills, it slowly evolved into a business, and the family now grow veg across 53 acres. They've stayed organic throughout the process, and have learnt all sorts of 'hacks' for making it work. Presented and produced by Heather Simons
