When Jack was a baby, he got meningitis, and acquired a brain injury which left him with complex disabilities, and extremely challenging behaviour. With the care he needs so hard to come by, for the last 8 years he's been living in a special facility. The only problem is, it's hours away from his family. But now, thanks to mum Jo, he's got a place in a special care accommodation block just 10 minutes from their door. For the first time in 8 years Jack is back, and the family are delighted.
