In the studio John is joined by Pamela Laird from Dublin, who still has all to play for in the BBC's new series of the Apprentice. Christine Donaghy talks to John about living with the sleeping disorder narcolepsy. Agne Nazebetauskaite is a designer from Magherafelt who runs workshops in arm knitting and demonstrates the craft in the studio. John visits the multi-national Junior Primary School, Drelincourt, in Armagh and their award winning film club and Paula bakes choux buns with chocolate and spiced orange cream.
