There are just two weeks left for any company employing more than 250 staff to publicly declare their Gender Pay Gap. So far, barely a quarter of companies have done so. Even so, some of the revelations have been stark. Just a few days ago HSBC bank revealed its mean gender pay gap was 60%, the largest reported so far by any major UK firm.
