Cinemas advertise showings with 'AD' - audio description - where a headset describes the action for people with limited sight. We hear from a listener who says they rarely work, and what the industry body is hoping to do about it. And the government is planning a cap on the amount that claim management companies can earn from PPI refunds. Will it prevent them from handling some of the more complex cases?
