How do you talk to children about death? Jenni is joined by Barbara Want whose husband Nick Clarke, the former BBC Radio 4 broadcaster died of cancer in 2006 and Victoria Milligan whose husband, also called Nick died in a speedboat accident in 2013. Jakki Smith has won a legal battle for better rights for unmarried couples. She took the government to court for breaching her human rights in denying her bereavement damages after her partner died as a result of medical negligence. We hear from June Kelly, the BBC's Home Affairs Correspondent who was in court, and we discuss the implications of this ruling with Jo Edwards, the former Chair of Resolution.
