Lancashire dairy farmer Joe Towers and his family have gone into business with London based baristas to create a milk brand for coffee. Shaun and Rebecca Young reckon it's crazy that baristas and coffee fans spend all their time talking about the provenance of the bean and how long it's roasted for, but not the milk that goes into so much coffee. He approached thirty different farmers before he and Joe hit it off. Caz Graham meets Joe and Shaun for the ultimate latte.
