The banking regulator, the Financial Conduct Authority, wants to focus more on helping consumers and protecting them from sharp practice. People buying Sportswear from Hollywood actor Kate Hudson's company Fabletics say they're being caught out by monthly subscription fees they didn't realise they were signing up to.
