The Hunger Games' film franchise reaches its conclusion with Mockingjay: Part 2, with Jennifer Lawrence reprising her role as the rebellious Katniss Everdeen for the last time. Kareem Abdul-Jabbar is best-known as the leading National Basketball Association scorer, but he is also a best-selling author. His latest book, Mycroft Holmes, is a thriller about Sherlock Holmes' older brother. So how did an American come to write about this very English character?
