Erin Brockovich, environmental activist. She became famous in 1996 when as a single mother with no legal training, she helped US residents win a £200m settlement from an energy company for contaminating groundwater. Her story was turned into an Oscar winning film starring Julia Roberts. As the United Nations celebrates its 70th anniversary, Laurie Adams, Oxfam's Women's Rights Director and Eleanor O'Gorman, Senior Associate, Cambridge University's Centre for Gender Studies discuss its landmark achievements for women. Alison Saunders, Director of Public Prosecutions for the Crown Prosecution Service on how sexual consent is straightforward. Make-up artist Lan Nguyen-Grealis creates theatrical designs with reference to Marie Antoinette and Pop Art, and reminisces about growing up as one of the first Irish-born children of the 1979 Vietnamese boat people.
